About us
60 Degrees started with a simple obsession — making really good coffee. The kind you remember, crave, and look forward to.
The name comes from two moments that shaped how we think about coffee.
The first is the V60 brewer. Its 60-degree angle allows for even water flow and balanced extraction, bringing out clarity and depth in every cup. It’s a small detail — but one that makes a real difference.
The second comes from our everyday routine. Whenever we ordered coffee — especially flat whites — we’d ask for milk steamed to 60 degrees. Not too hot, not too cold — just right. At that temperature, milk becomes naturally sweeter, smoother, and perfectly textured. Over time, “make it 60 degrees” became part of who we are.
Today, that same thinking runs through everything we do — from sourcing coffee to roasting in small batches, to carefully packing every order. It’s about getting the details right, because that’s where great coffee begins.
